The Patterns of Life at Sea

Welcome to Cruise Life
Over the last few days we have become used to the pattern of our time on the boat as I think 6 days at sea between Hawaii and Fiji.
It has continued to be breakfast delivered to the room cereal, fruit and yoghurt with juice, tea and coffee. This is an attempt to at least start the day healthily. Then an exercise class either pilates for us both or I will do a spin class. Followed by a sunbathe or a quiz before lunch, a buffet lunch, which continues to be really good. I play table tennis then a chilled afternoon and watching the sunset before tea and either a show or a film on the top deck.
That's Entertainment?
To me the shows haven't improved, a comedy magician, Patrick Mccullagh who wasn't funny or magic! Last night was an Elvis impersonator, Karen enjoyed this and he was entertaining and good at the mannerisms. Not so convinced by his singing. The older ladies in the audience loved him. A lot of touching by them and also one who gave him her room key! Later on her husband pulled her back from the stage. This wasn't me and Karen!
Filling Your Days at Sea
I think the people we've sat near or with for meals over the last few days have been excellent we've had good conversations and laughs.
The celebration for crossing the equator was fun the crew all dressed up and gunking various passengers who had volunteered. Losing a day crossing the dateline was peculiar!
Still enjoying the different cocktails although all seem really strong, whereas the buffet food although good flavours seems to be toned down, meaning a lot of mild curries etc.
We have further one day at sea before we stop in Fiji. We're hoping for good weather in Fiji as after a few top weather days we've now had some rain.
